GRC tool implementations only deliver lasting value when the people using them are confident and well-supported. Training and mentoring ensures that both 1st and 2nd Line of Defence teams can work with their tools effectively — not just at go-live, but throughout the system's lifecycle.
I bring a collaborative approach to knowledge transfer, pairing hands-on guidance with structured materials that teams can rely on independently. I believe the most effective learning happens when experienced professionals and newcomers work side by side — creating an environment where expertise, fresh perspectives, and new ideas flow in both directions.

2nd Line of Defence trainings Focusing on the 2nd Line of Defence to effectively use and manage the GRC tools.
End-user / 1st Line of Defence trainings Focusing on the end users trainings, particularly for the 1st Line of Defence. Addressing the challenge of mastering complex GRC tools that, despite their expert-level intricacies, may only be used on an infrequent basis.
